Per 3 mL: Water, humectant: glycerin, fluid extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L, root)(540 mg), fluid extract of bitter orange (Citrus aurantium L, flower)(388 mg), lyophilized extract of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L, aerial part)(262 mg), gamma-cyclodextrins (249 mg), alpha-cyclodextrins (170 mg), lyophilized extract of californian poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham, flowery aerial parts)(136 mg), lyophilized extract of hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Auct, flowering tops)(46.8 mg).

Adults and children over 14 years of age: 1 mL diluted in water, 3 times daily or either 2-3 mL 30 minutes before bed. 

• Shake before use. Squeeze the teat and wait for a few seconds.
• Since this is a natural product, variations of taste, smell and texture may occur among different production batches.
• Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of small children.
• Do not use as a substitute for a varied and well-balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the expressly recommended dose. 
• Do not use in pregnant women or breastfeeding.
• Do not use in children under 12 years old.
