Water Melon and Smoked Tofu Salad


A surprising salad. Try this refreshing and original combination for the summer.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS 

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, black pepper, vinegar and salt until all the ingredients are integrated together. Reserve.

On another side, cut the smoked tofu into cubes and reserve. 

Next, cut the water melon and cucumber and serve on a big dish or platter. Add the tofu and dress with the vinaigrette made before. Just before serving, add some brewer’s yeast to give this salad a more nutritious touch. 

Decorate with some fresh leaves of basil.
