Poke Bowl with Seitan and Rice


Preparing a vegan alternative to this traditional Hawaiian dish can’t be easier. Follow these steps.

INGREDIENTS

Cut the spongy seitan into cubes. Put some oil in a pan and cook the seitan cubes until it gets slightly crunchy on both sides. Reserve.

On other side, in a bowl, put the rice and add two tablespoons of Vegenesa from Soria Natural. Mix until the vegetable mayonnaise is well integrated.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and put them over the rice. 

Next, add the cooked edamame. Then, add the spongy seitan and the sliced avocado.

Finally, incorporate soy sauce and some sesame seeds.
