Vegan Tacos with Tofu and Tomato


Want to eat some vegan tacos with a delicious pico de gallo? Follow these five steps and get this receipt ready in just some minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g of Soria Natural’s tofu.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt from Soria Natural.
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of sweet paprika.
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of cumin.
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 4 Tortillas.
  • 1 Tomato cut into dices.
  • 1/2 Sliced red onion.
  • Juice from 1/2 lime.
  • 1 Teaspoon of sliced cilantro.
  • 4 Tablespoons of guacamole.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Shred the tofu and mix it with salt, the sweet paprika and cumin. Let rest for 5 minutes, so the flavours get integrated into the tofu.
  2. After that, cook the tofu in a pan with some oil until golden brown. Reserve.
  3. Now, let’s prepare pico de gallo: mix in a separate bowl tomato, onion. lime juice, a little salt and the sliced cilantro. Mix.
  4. Next, heat the tortillas up and add some guacamole: put 1 tablespoon on each taco.
  5. Add pico de gallo and tofu, and serve immediately.
